We hereby inform you that in order to fulfill the purposes set forth in this Aviso de Privacidad, ESPI\u00d1EIRA & B\u00c1EZ ARQUITECTOS, S.A. DE C.V. may collect Personal Data, either directly (when you visit our facilities), electronically (when you provide your contact information on our website and\/or to follow up on the projects or construction sites we manage via email) or by phone, requesting the following information: Full name, email address, mailing address, phone numbers, tax identification number (RFC) (for billing purposes), location of the construction site and, if necessary, the public deed for you property (to process building permits).<\/p>\n

The personal data you provide, including both general personal data and SENSITIVE financial data, will be maintained and processed with strict security and confidentiality for purposes related to our architectural design, construction, interior design, decoration and remodeling work and in accordance with this Privacy Notice, as well as applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and rules.<\/p>\n

Purposes of Processing.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The data you provide to us Will be uses for the following purposes:<\/p>\n

  1. To fulfill the legal relationship established between ESPI\u00d1EIRA & B\u00c1EZ ARQUITECTOS, S.A. DE C.V., and you (the client), for the performance of architectural design, construction, interior design, decoration or remodeling of properties.<\/li>\n
  2. To prepare estimates and contracts for the provision of services or construction management.<\/li>\n
  3. To monitor the projects and construction work we carry out.<\/li>\n
  4. To handle the procedures for obtaining building permits or any other administrative requirements necessary to manage the construction projects.<\/li>\n
  5. Execution of work and service contracts with our contractors and\/or purchase-sale contracts with material suppliers.<\/li>\n
  6. Administrative integration and updating of the Programa de Gastos de Obra de clientes.<\/li>\n
  7. Monitoring and Support of collection activities, billing, payment, and deposit required for the execution and management of construction projects.<\/li>\n
  8. Follow up on and respond any request you may have regarding your ARCO rights.<\/li>\n
  9. To provide you with personalized assistance, whether in person, by phone or electronically, regarding our services.<\/li>\n
  10. Monitoring access to our facilities.

    Transfer<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    ESPI\u00d1EIRA & B\u00c1EZ ARQUITECTOS, S.A. DE C.V., in accordance with the provisions of Article 37, Section IV of the \u201cLey Federal de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales en Posesi\u00f3n de los Particulares\u201d, will only transfer certain tax related information about you and the address of the construction site to contractors and suppliers for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual obligation that binds us to you<\/p>\n

    Should it be necessary to make any transfer other than that described in the preceding paragraph, your express consent Will be required.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Transfers made pursuant to Article 37, sections 1 through VII of the \u201cLey Federal de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales en Posesi\u00f3n de los Particulares\u201d are exempt from the requirement for your consent.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Limitation on the Use and Disclosure of Personal Data<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    A response to such request will be provided within twenty (20) business days, counted from the date the respective request was received, If the request is granted, it will be carried out within fifteen (15) days following the date the response is communicated (via the method you specify).<\/p>\n

     The aforementioned time limits may be extended once, for an equal period, provided that the circumstances of the case justify such an extension (pursuant to Article 32 of the \u201cLey Federal de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales en Posesi\u00f3n de los Particulares\u201d).           <\/strong><\/p>\n

    The obligation to provide access to the information shall be deemed fulfilled when the personal data is made available to the data subject or their legal representative; or, through the issuance of simple copies, electronic documents, or any other means that ESPI\u00d1EIRA & B\u00c1EZ ARQUITECTOS, S.A.
