A comprehensive artist<\/strong><\/p>

Juan Jos\u00e9 Espi\u00f1eira encompasses more that the traditional definition of \u2018architect\u2019, and therefore, he is better described as a comprehensive artist, a quintessential creative professional.<\/p>

Born in Mexico City in 1959, Espi\u00f1eira demonstrated a keen interest in art since the early days of his youth. Painting and Sculpture have both been creative outlets; however, he found his true passion and love in the art and science of Architecture. After completing his studies in Spain, Espi\u00f1eira went on to further his studies in Architecture at the La Salle University, Mexico and eventually at the Tucson Arizona State University, in the United States of America .<\/p>

Al comienzo de su carrera profesional se desempe\u00f1a como jefe del departamento de dise\u00f1o de Rebaque y Belmont Arquitectos. Posteriormente, se independiza y se dedica principalmente a proyectos residenciales y comerciales para importantes clientes en M\u00e9xico, Estados Unidos y Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

En 2025 decide asociarse con el arquitecto Carlos Baez, para formar la firma, Espi\u00f1eira & B\u00e1ez  Arquitectos con oficinas en la ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n

A trav\u00e9s de los a\u00f1os, la firma ha destacado por sus innovadoras propuestas e importantes trabajos de dise\u00f1o arquitect\u00f3nico, construcci\u00f3n, dise\u00f1o de interiores y remodelaci\u00f3n y as\u00ed contin\u00faa con su nuevo nombre Espi\u00f1eira & Baez Arquitectos.<\/p>\n

Whether it is a private residence, commercial development, hotel or prestigious boutique, the final products are always testament to the evident creativity and quality fostered in the philosophy of the firm. One of the flagship developments are the stores and boutiques located in the famous Presidente Masaryk Avenue.<\/p>\n
